Today MSI announced that they were also bringing an iPad-like device to the table, powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 platform. This slate device will be priced right around $500, putting it head to head with the Apple iPad. No release date is set right now but MSI plans to start shipping models later this year. At CES this year HP was showing off a netbook device running the Google Android platform, which at the time was called more of an experiment than product they might release. Now it appears an HP netbook that very closely resembles the model we saw at CES is making its rounds through the FCC in initial testing. The model, called the Compaq AirLife 100, offers a 3G mobile broadband connection and a 1Ghz Spandragon processor. For more information check out our full article on Brighthand.com.
